The proposal is born from a deep sensitivity to its surroundings, seeking a harmonious integration with the environment. The building engages in a dialogue with traditional architecture through its pitched roofs clad in red clay tiles and classical elements such as arches, balanced with the clean lines and principles of modern architecture.
The introduction of greenery on the façades reinforces a commitment to sustainability and environmental respect, creating a composition that blends naturally with the landscape and local culture.
Light, Life and Harmony
With a simple structure and dynamic volumes, the multifamily building comprises 22 apartments distributed across two blocks. The balconies, terraces and planters strengthen the connection between indoor and outdoor spaces, making the most of sunlight and contact with nature. The shared areas embody the same philosophy: generous green spaces, a swimming pool, a padel court, a barbecue area and leisure zones that foster togetherness, well-being and quality of life.
